ForeRunners Ministries are for adults ages 55 and over. A ForeRunner is one who goes before to announce the way for others, preparing for their work and achievements.
Hebrews 12:1-3 challenges us to run the race of the Christian life with patient endurance. It involves moving forward in our Christian lives, going somewhere-pressing on-knowing that others are following our lead.
Forerunners are leading the way! They are in the forefront of prayer, praise and service – examples of Christ-like love for future generations, leaving a legacy for those whom come after them in this Christian journey.
Today there are several generations of ForeRunners: Rookies (ages 55-64); Veterans (ages 65-79); and Hall of Famers (ages 80+). Activities and programs at FBC address the similarities among, as well as the different interests and needs of, each age group.
